The first group of delegates to the third biennial conference of the World Federation of Polish Jews Abroad, which will be held at Hotel Astor from Sept. 18 to 25, has arrived from Argentine on the S.S. Brazil. The delegates, who will make a study of Jewish conditions in the United States prior to the Conference, are Wolfe Orzech, general secretary of the United Federations of Polish Jews in South America: Moses Weintraub, treasurer of the organization, and Mrs. Leah Weintraub, chairman of the Women’s Division.
