The Ukrainian Press Service announced that Col. Andrey Melnyk has been elected head of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists by the Second Congress of Ukrainian Nationalists, held at an unspecified city in Europe. Melnyk was a member of Petlura’s organization which organized anti-Jewish excesses in the Ukraine between 1918 and 1920.
