Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, tonight appealed to the Jewish people for patience in the face of the world crisis and continued hope for their eventual emergence as a recognized nation.
In a New Year message, Dr. Weizmann urged the Jews patiently to endure the difficulties of the war and keep up their faith that they would arise from their tribulations to take a worthy place among the nations.
