2 Hungarians Charged with Falsely Accusing Jewish Leaders

The authorities have started proceedings against two employes of a Budapest newspaper for preferring false charges against leaders of the Budapest Jewish Community.

Meanwhile, because he admitted to his Home for Poor Children more Jews than allowed under the new Hungarian anti-Jewish law, Herr Polnay, a former bank director and Cabinet Minister, has been sentenced to pay a fine of 500 pen goes or serve five days in jail.
