Halifax Gets Report on Nazi Atrocities in Poland

Count Edward Raczynski, Polish Ambassador to Great Britain, today submitted to Foreign Secretary Lord Halifax a memorandum drawn up by the Polish Government established in France on the horrors existing under the German regime in Poland. Lord Halifax manifested deep indignation at the reported atrocities and promised to give the memorandum full attention.
