Vital Need of Training Refugees Cited by Lord Marley

Lord Marley, chairman of the British Parliamentary Council of the ORT, addressing the annual membership tea of the Women’s American ORT at the Hotel Astor, declared today that one of the most vital needs of refugees was “to provide training so that they will not cause ‘refugee resistance’ by being unable to do the work which is of value to their new countries.” Mrs. Rose Gisnet, president of the organization, presided.
