The plight of the Jews in central and Eastern Europe and the role Palestine will play in solving the Jewish problem in the ultimate peace negotiations was outlined here Friday by Dr. Chaim Weizmann, the Zionist leader, at a farewell luncheon prior to his departure for a visit to the United States. The luncheon, at which many French statesmen were present, was presided over by Senator Justin Godart.
