An average of 200 Jews daily have been executed by the Nazis in Poland since the war began, it was reported here today. This would bring the total executions in the four months of war to approximately 24,000.
An enormous death rate among the Jewish labor corps in Nazi Poland is also reported. Commenting, the Manchester Guardian declares the Germans are helping to “solve” the Jewish problem in their own country by sending Austrian Jews to perish in these corps.
