James T. Nicholson, American Red Cross representative in Europe, will arrive in Cracow, Nazi Poland, on January 9 to observe the distribution of medical supplies and clothing by the German Red Cross, it was announced today. He will confer with Wayne C. Taylor, of the American Red Cross, in Berlin before entering Poland.
