The American Red Cross reported today that it had not yet received word from James T. Nicholson, member of its European war relief delegation, who had been granted permission by the Nazi Government to supervise distribution of relief supplies in German occupied Poland. Nicholson left Berlin for Cracow last Tuesday but as yet has not forwarded news of his arrival in the Polish city to the Red Cross. He was to confer with Nazi Governor General Hans Frank upon his arrival.
