Schweitzer Arrives to Confer with Leaders Here on Relief Problem

David J. Schweitzer, co-managing director of the American Jewish Joint Reconstruction Foundation, arrived here today on the Italian liner Rex. He will consult with American Jewish relief leaders on the European situation and discuss the establishment of a credit cooperative system for Jewish immigrants in Latin American countries.
