Welles Confers with Polish Leaders in France

With Anthony J. Drexel Biddle, United States Ambassador to the Polish Government-in-exile, U.S. Undersecretary of State Sumner Welles called yesterday afternoon on General Wladyslaw Sikorski, Polish Premier and commander-in-chief of the Polish Army, and talked with him more than an hour. Afterward Welles spoke with August Zaleski, Polish Foreign Minister.
