In a joint foreword to a pamphlet entitled “The Present Position of Refugees,” the Archbishops of Westminster and Canterbury and the Moderator of the Church of Scotland and of the Evangelical Free Churches of England express the hope that “the peculiar needs of those who are victims of a system of oppression and tyranny which has given rise to the present conflict will not be forgotten.”
