The German newspaper Hamburger Fremdenblatt reports that a Hamburg court has sentenced a 63-year-old Jewish doctor to a prison term of four years and deprivation of all civil rights for violation of the “Rassenschande” (racial defilement) provision of the Nuremberg laws.
The physician was convicted of having continued to maintain relations with an “Aryan” woman after enactment of the racial laws in 1935 until last November.
