The execution of a priest in which Jews were forced to tie him to the stake and kiss his feet after his death is one of the incidents recounted by August Cardinal Hlond, Primate of Poland, in a new report to Pope Pius XII on Nazi atrocities in Poland, it was disclosed tonight.

The report states that Nazi police in Chocz, in the Wloclawek diocese, led the priest barefooted and unfrocked to the place of execution. They then forced Jews to tie him to a post and after his death to kiss his feet and bury him in a Jewish cemetery.
