An organization calling itself the “American-by-Statesmanship Crusade for the Restricted Franchise” is distributing throughout the United States a manifesto urging “Gentile people” to join in a crusade against “equality, fraternity, etc.”

The manifesto implies that among the “inferiors” who should be disenfranchised are the Jews, who, the statement says, “have organized a state within our state which has corrupted Christian economics.” The organization’s address is the building in which the Hamburg-American and North German Lloyd Steamship lines are located.
