Dr. Edgar Kahn, noted Fewish brain surgeon of Ann Arbor, Mich., dispatched by the Red Cross by Clipper to aid war wounded and civil ian refugees in France, has arrived in Bordeaux and has been assigned to work in pau where the refugee situation is said to be “appalling,” the red Cross announced today.
