Special courts under German judges have been established in the Government General of Poland, it was learned here today, to deal with all criminal cases no matter what the nationality of the accused. There will be no appeal from verdicts handed down by these courts.
The courts will also try all civil and commercial cases involving Germans, it was learned. Special courts will be set up later to deal with civil and commercial cases involving Poles.
