Fifteen thousand Jews have entered Palestine since outbreak of the war last September, it was announced today by Eliahu Dobkin, head of the immigration department of the Jewish Agency for Palestine.

Dobkin said that the Agency had an additional 6,000 immigration certificates in its possession and that 3,000 more were due from the last part of the current immigration schedule. He said the Agency was trying to arrange transportation to Palestine of many thousands of prospective immigrants, principally by land.
