Dr. David Lvovitch, vice-president of the World ORT Union, disclosed today that he has been advised by cable from Vichy that the French ORT leaders, Dr. Leon Bramson, M. Scheftel, A. Berland, Josef Blum and Dr. I. Coralnik, are in Vichy while other ORT leaders are at the ORT farm at Chateau la Roche. The cable also said that the leaders were in touch with other ORT institutions in France.
