In line with the policy of eliminating Jews from public life in Rumania, the Labor Ministry today ordered the discharge of all Jews in the employ of that ministry. Jews also will be eliminated from labor organizations, which now have been transformed into Labor Guilds.

The spreading of rumors was sharply criticized by Napoleon Cretu, Undersecretary in the Ministry of Education, in a radio address to young Rumanian Nationalists. He declared it was the duty of real nationalists to curb such rumors effectively. The Undersecretary charged these rumors were spread by Jewish Freemasons seeking to undermine the regime.
