M. Nussbaum chairman of the Luxembourg Relief Committee, has also arrived here and will study conditions for emigration to the United States. He has been granted special permission by the German Secret Police to undertake this task.

A first group of fifty Luxembourg refugees provided with American visas arrived here. Fourteen of the 50 refugees debarked from the freighter Dora on Aug. 4 were granted visas for the Congo and seven others for Australia.
