Three anti-Semitic propaganda centers, ostensibly French have been organized in Paris in recent weeks it was declared today by Roger Seligman former manager of an aviation plant in Paris arriving here on the Pan-American Clipper.
Seligman said that friends arriving in Lisbon in recent days from German-occupied France had told him the Nazis were intensifying anti-Jewish agitation. Youths ran through the streets shouting anti-Semitic slogans he said.
In unoccupied France Seligman said abrogation of the law against racial agitation was followed by a marked increase in anti-Jewish propaganda in the press. However, he added, the French people as a whole appeared to be antagonistic to anti-Jewish agitation.
