Bar Jews Return to Occupied France

Racial Jews, regardless of religion, will not be permission to return to the occupied part of France, according to a notice posted up at the railway station here over the weekend. The notice, emanating from German authorities in the occupied area, also affects foreigners of any country, Negroes and North Africans.

The entire French property of Baron Maurice de Rothschild has been sequestered by the Petain regime. This member of the noted banking family was the first of 15 denationalized persons against whom such action was actually applied.

Theodor Dan, well-known Russian Menshevik Socialist leader who is en route to the United States, is seriously ill at Marseille.
