Rumania Bars Jews from Schools; Permits ‘ghetto’ Education

Under this ruling, Jews will be permitted to establish their own schools and their own educational system but the teaching staffs and students must be exclusively Jewish. Jews are barred from schools run by other minority groups. Certain exemptions will be granted by the Government for the baptized children of wounded war veterans. Persons of Jewish race in Rumanian schools will be dismissed.
