Paris Radio Reports Crynszpan to Be Tried in Berlin

The Nazi controlled Paris radio announced today that Herschel Grynszpan, young Polish Jew who killed a German embassy official in Paris in 1938, had been transferred to Berlin and would be tried there.

(It was reported early in September that Grynszpan had been handed over to the Germans by the Petain Government taken to Berlin and sentenced to a 20-year penitentiary term.)
