Added details were received here today of the anti-Jewish legislation for Belgium promulgated by the German authorities in Brussels yesterday.

Jews must be excluded from public office by Dec. 31. Belgian Jews abroad are forbidden to return. Belgian communal authorities are ordered to keep a register of all Jews above the age of 15.

Special notices must be exhibited on restaurants and cafes which are owned or managed by Jews. Belgian refugees returning from France must obtain permits from the Germans before returning to their former employment.
