The ultimate settlement following the present war must take into primary consideration the question of food, clothing and shelter for all peoples, Clarence E. Pickett, executive secretary of the American Friends Service Committee, declared last night as he accepted the award of Pi Lambda Phi, national collegiate fraternity, at its 46th annual banquet in the Hotel Biltmore. The presentation was made by Joseph C. Hyman, former Supreme Rex of the fraternity.
