Defense Commissioner Sidney Hillman praised the Palestine Histadruth on its 20th anniversary, in a message made public today by the National Labor Committee for Palestine. He referred to the “splendid, constructive work this organization is doing in the rehabilitation of thousands of refugees throughout Europe.”
Other messages were received from Dr. Stephen S. Wise, Senator Robert F. Wagner and Dr. Abba Hillel Silver. The National Labor Committee is arranging a series of celebrations in various parts of the United States in connection with the anniversary.
