In connection with the campaign conducted by the Argentine Jewish Community to raise funds for the first Jewish air squadron, a cable was received by the Buenos Aires Jewish community from Lord Melchett congratulating it on its efforts, the New Zionist Organization reported here today. Ezra Teubal and Dr. Jose Mirelman, in the name of the Jewish community, had cabled Lord Melchett asking him to intervene with Prime Minister Churchill for the Jewish army plan.
