Governor Lehman has accepted the honorary chairmanship of the Reception Committee for Chief Rabbi Isaac Herzog of Palestine.The formal reception, under the chairmanship of Samuel Levy, former Borough President of Manhattan, will be held April 15 in Carnegie Hall.
