The American Committee of OSE gave a reception at the Hotel Pierre for Baroness Pierre de Gunzbourg, chairman of the OSE Children’s Aid Committee in France, on Tuesday. Speakers were Dr. A.J. Rongy, chairman of the American Committee, Dr. Bernhard Kahn and Maxa Nordau.
