Apartment buildings in Nazi-occupied France belonging to Jews will have to pass into “Aryan” ownership, the Nazi authorities in Paris ordered today.
Special administrators will be designated to facilitate the transfer of the Jewish properties. Meanwhile, tenants do not have to pay rent to Jewish landlords, but are to defer payment until administrators are named, the order says.
