Ezra Teubal, noted Jewish philanthropist and president of the Argentine section of the Jewish Agency, departed today for the United States. Mr. Teubal is one of the outstanding Jewish leaders in South America. He plays an important role in Jewish life in Argentina and is especially active in the United Jewish Relief campaign here.
