Authoritative Zionist circles here today stated that as far as they have been informed the British Government has put forth no proposal to Zionist leaders, whether in London or in Jerusalem, for the formation of a pen-Arab Federation to include Palestine.

The impression that Dr. Weizmann in his conversations with members of the British Cabinet has discussed such a question, was termed by these quarters as “speculation for which as far as our information extends, there is no justification in fact.”
