All the anti-Jewish laws which the Nazi administration has proclaimed in occupied Poland will automatically be applied to the Jews in the part of Poland which the Nazis have now retaken from the Soviets, Dr. Hans Frank, Nazi Governor-General for Poland has announced.

The text of the decree issued by Governor Frank which arrived here today implies that ghettos for Jews will be established in all towns of former Poland which have now been, regained from Russia. Similarly all able-bodied Jews in the newly conquered territories will be sent to labor camps.

Normal mail service has been established between the newly occupied parts of Poland and those conquered by Germany two years ago. Due to this service, contact has been resumed between the Jewish communities of Galicia and of other parts of Poland and work has been undertaken to reunite members of families separated when one section of Poland was occupied by the Germans and the other section by the Soviets.
