Rumanian Anti-semite Advocates Reservation for Eastern European Jews

Creation of a reservation for Eastern European Jews, which was recently proposed by Alfred Rosenberg, chief Nazi theoretician, at a conference at Frankfort, in Germany, is advocated by Professor Alexander Cuza, leading Rumanian anti-Semite and former cabinet minister, in an interview published in the Jassy newspaper Prutul, received here today.

Cuza declared that the reservation was necessary because neither the medieval solution of isolation nor the recent German experiment of creating large territorial ghettos, which was tried in Lublin, have proved successful.” In the past professor Cusa has offered to devote himself to the task of seeking an “all-embracing solution to the Jewish problem,” He has suggested that the Rumanian Government create a special ministry to deal with the Jewish question.
