For the first time since the Soviet Revolution, Palestine immigration certificates will be sent to Soviet Russia early this week, it was learned today. The Palestine Government has agreed to permit the Jewish Agency to dispatch to Russia 100 immigration certificates, remaining from the 500 allotted to the Agency under the current schedule.
