The will of Samuel C. Lamport, filed for probate yesterday, discloses that 30 percent of his estate was set aside for the creation of a Samuel C. and Miriam D. Lamport Foundation from which $2,000 a year will be paid to the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, Palestine; the Federation for the Support of Jewish Philanthropic Societies, and Yeshiva College, The Beth Israel Hospital will receive $1,000 annually, and the Jewish Theological Seminary of America, the Jewish Education Association, the Home of the Daughters of Jacob and Bronx Hospital will receive $500 annually.
