International Labor Conference Opens in New York; Will Discuss Post-war Emigration

Post-war problems, including the problem of emigration from war-torn European countries, will be discussed at the Conference of the International Labor Organization which opened here today in the presence of delegates from 33 countries and from all continents. Dr. Max Gottschalk, president of the Hias-Ica Emigration Association, is one of the delegates representing the Belgian Government. The I.L.O. formerly met in Geneva.
