Mrs. Franklin D. Roosevelt will address delegates of the 400 Jewish sisterhoods representing 300,000 women from the United States and Canada at their annual convention, of the Women’s League of the United Synagogue of America, to be held in Detroit from November 9 to 12, it was announced here today. The topic of Mrs. Roosevelt’s address will be “Women in Defense.”
