Dutch Jews Must Secure Nazi Permission Before Changing Address

New restrictions forbidding Dutch Jews to move without special permission are reported today in the Vrij Nederland, organ of the Netherlands Government-in-exile. All Jews desiring to change their residence must apply to a Nazi-appointed “Council of Investigation,” which will pass on their applications.
