Henry Ford, whose letter condemning anti-Semitism was made public Sunday by the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith, was today asked by L. M. Birkhead, national director of Friends of Democracy, to take legal action against all persons who continue to distribute a Ford publication, “The International Jew,” which the motor magnate repudiated in 1927.

Birkhead pointed out that “The International Jew,” which was published by Ford in 1920, has been one of the spearheads of the Nazi propaganda campaign throughout the world. Currently it is being distributed by the Ku Klux Klan in the form of a series of pamphlets which carry Ford’s name on the cover.
