A Senate immigration subcommittee appeared ready today to recommend to the main committee a bill which would revoke the citizenship of any naturalized alien whose “course of conduct establishes that his political allegiance is to a foreign state or sovereignty.” The chief purpose of the bill is to get at Bundists who have become citizens, while still carrying on work for Germany.
