The Norwegian Government-in-Exile will soon publish a White Paper on the Nazi atrocities in Norway and on the persecutions of Jews and Norwegians there, it was learned here today.
The Government has been collecting documentary evidence for this White Paper, it was revealed. The material collected will be officially communicated to all governments of the United Nations with a pledge to punish, after the war, all those responsible for the oppression and persecution of Norwegians with the help of the Nazis, irrespective of what the religion of the victims may be, it was stated.
