Dr. Everett R. Clinchy, president of the National Conference of Christians and Jews, announced today the creation of a department to put Protestant, Catholic and Jewish speakers at the disposal of morale officers and chaplains in camps and other military bases.

Work of the department will be enlarged to offer films, dramatic programs and other services to the Army, Navy and Air Forces to interpret the common objects of Americans at war, Dr. Clinchy said.
