Nationals of Rumania, Hungary and Bulgaria residing in the United States are considered enemy aliens as a result of the fact that President Roosevelt has formally proclaimed a state of war between this country and those states, it was announced here today.
All regulations governing other enemy aliens will be applied to Rumanian, Hungarian and Bulgarian nationals, the announcement said.
