Believed to be one of the first of its kind in the nation, an air-raid precaution course in Yiddish will be given in Chelsea under the auspices of the local Committee on Public Safety, it was announced today. The course is being offered to aid the many elderly Jewish people in Chelsea who cannot understand English well and thus do not have a clear knowledge of air-raid precautions.
