The suspension of all authorizations issued by the Immigration Department for Cuban visas to applicants in Europe was announced during the week-end by Dr. Jose A. Martinez, Minister of State.

The order, which will come as a blow to many refugees in Europe who were hoping to emigrate to Cuba, also provides for the suspension of all applications for Cuban citizenship.
