Abolition of all discrimination based solely on race, color, creed or national origin must be the significance of a victory of the United Nations, according to a declaration signed by representatives of 38 countries at the closing session of the International Student Assembly yesterday. Among the signers were spokesmen for anti-Nazi movements in Italy, Germany, Austria and Hungary.
“Victory must mean the right of people regardless of race, color or creed to select their own political system within the framework of freedom of speech, of the press and of religious practice,” the declaration stated.
